In September, during our monthly cooking and serving outreach at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Chelsea, seven St. Paul’s volunteers prepared and served 72 breakfasts and 125 lunches.
What does it take? Thirteen dozen eggs, 10 lbs. bacon, 3 lbs. pork sausage, 30 lbs. pollock, 30 lbs. potatoes, 20 lbs. broccoli, 12 bags of salad greens, and much more.
