Since we cannot gather together in church at the moment, your Worship Committee has been working hard behind the scenes to come up with fun and exciting ways to bring church to you, and to keep us all gathered together as a loving and supportive church community. Now, more than ever, we have an opportunity to see and feel that a “church” is not just a building, but a human connection of love and service.
In light of Governor Baker's March 23rd guidance we offer the following online opportunities for the coming week (see below for helpful tips for using Zoom):
Zoom-enabled Bible Study; Wednesday, March 25th, at 9:00 a.m.
Our traditional Wednesday morning Bible Study will continue. All are very welcome to join in. The Zoom invitation will include the link to join in.
"Z-Time" with Fr. Rob; Thursday, March 26th, 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Fr. Rob will be hosting online office hours. Please virtually stop by to say hello and pray together, following this loose timeline:
11:30-12:00 Check-in
12:00-12:30 Morning Prayer and prayer requests shared
12:30-1:00 Virtual Coffee Hour
Zoom-enabled Morning Prayer; Sunday, March 29th, 10:00 a.m.
Please join us for our first-ever virtual church service! Your Zoom invitation will include a bulletin containing all you’ll need to follow along with the service from home. Log in to hear Fr. Rob’s sermon and the liturgy for the day. Hymns will be led and, since the congregation’s microphones will be muted for this service, you’ll need to sing extra loud!
Helpful information:
- Please watch your email for log-in instructions. Invitations via Zoom will be sent the day before each meeting.
- All of these meetings will be held using Zoom. In order to attend, you must download the free app. (The first option to download is the one you want!)
If you need assistance with Zoom or other matters from Julia Nelson, our Parish Administrator, please email her during her office hours, Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
